Jeez! I forgot to thank Joe for clearing up the mess I made of that first listing. A couple more break doodads and it would be almost acceptable! At least it's readable now. More brownie points for our good cyber-samaritan.

I expect "Farewell" to arrive any day now. We'll take advance orders, since we know it exists (we've heard it) and is on its way to us. The only hitch would be with the postal services, Canadian and U.S.)
