As for those calls to Caroline: well, Rick calls her almost every day, with Heather adding comments in the background. They even let ME in on the conversations now and again. But I ought to warn you all: I've heard Caroline taking an order for a single CD, and noted that by the end of the conversation the poor guy placing the order has cheerfully taken advantage of our "buy five and save a dollar each!" discount. I couldn't do that! I would have taken his order meekly and thought, by damn! I sold a CD! Let's face it; I'm a wimp. Thank God for Caroline.
