I believe it was called "The High Lonesome Sound" and was produced by Mike Seeger. Of course, this may all be fantasy on my part since it is a phantom memory not one of those solid "I know this!" ones. Often your local PBS people will be helpful in tracking donw obscure shows you have seen in the past. They can be as helpful as librarians at times. Roger in Baltimore
