8 - 10 years ago, I heard Richard Thompson in concert. He did a song from the point of view of a singer who did not become famous until after he died. It had the flavor of a Loudon Wainwright III song. I have searched the CD bins for a Richard Thompson title that sounded like it could be this song, but to no avail. Anyone here on the 'Cat know this song? Roger in Baltimore
