OLGA itself is not on-line with its archives, but if you go to their home page, there is a "search engine" link in the upper left hand corner. You can search for songs by Artist and by Title. If the song is available, there will be links to OLGA's shadow sites in places like Poland, Florida, and California. Often one of these links will produce what you found in your search.

For those of you unfamiliar with tablature, it is a way to represent guitar music for those of us who can't read real music. The six lines that look like a music staff actually represent the six strings on a guitar. The little numbers indicate what fret should be pressed down. The combination of line and number equals a note. Often there are vertical lines to give you the sense of time for the piece. I learned a lot of basic guitar playing in my youth from tablature in Jerry Silverman's "Folk Singers Guitar Guide" and a few related books.

More complicated tabs like the Vincent one and in Acoustic Guitar often leave me lost, especially if I have no familiarity with the song at all.

For starters, you might go to the OLGA Home Page and look down the list on the left until you come to "Guitar Lessons". Some of these are very basic and should give you a better feel for guitar tablature pretty quickly.

Finally, I tried my link (blue clicky thing or BCT) and it still works for me. If you are having trouble, it might be on the net and not with the link or the site. Try again later is always a good motto with the World Wide Web.
