Dickie Bishop had retired in the late 90s, but has become active again in performing, recording and song-writing. We recorded our first CD "No Other Baby" in July 2000 ( release 2001 ) and Dickie was guest vocalist on my CD "The July Sessions", too, singing quite a few jazz numbers along with Ian Wheeler, Sonny Morris, Ray Smith and my Jazzband. In 2002 the british label Upbeat released the CD "Sonny Morris & Friends in Germany with Lutz Eikelmann" ( URCD-181 ) which includes the following numbers featuring Dickie Bishop with lead vocals: All The Girls Go Crazy, The Glory Of Love, When You Wore A Tulip, Lord Lord Lord You´ve Sure Been Good To Me and two Skiffle numbers, Gypsy Davy & Keep Your Hands Off Her.
