Look for 'Nicholas Wood, the great Gluttton of Kent', c 1632, in the broadside ballad index at www.erols.com/olsonw. His name got mixed up with 'Michol o Cod', who was three years earlier, so "Buffalo Boy" in DT somtimes survived with the wrong name attached to it.
