hey ake, it was hardly a "free-speech zone" level of restriction - the only thing stopping me from hearing the speeches was the fact that there was about 50,000 people in front of me. i get the suspicion the sound system might have been more adequate if they had known it'd be the biggest anti-war demonstration ever in glasgow.
