The software does magic things like adding expression, vibrato, etc. It even makes the electronic flute player take a breath once in a while! To accomplish this adds size to the file. Sometimes you'll find versions of my midis where I've used it, and earlier versions of the same midi, where I haven't. Folks who 'inhale' my midi files into their own sequencing software also strip out the enhanced sound. No big deal. 'Just wanted to explain the difference in file size. - - -
