Greetings Trevor... Sweeties, dainties... here on my planet we call them candies, but you know what they say about a rose by any other name. There is a particular confection that my part of the planet is famous for, with chocolate and nuts. You aren't allergic to nuts, are you? Sherry and mince pies sounds divine, although I allow you'll have to watch me on the sherry. I am so fond of it that I have been known to lose track of how much I imbibe. Not hard to do with a nectar that tastes like raisins melted in caramel. And you won't have to grease the chimney much for me - I'm rather slight of build.
