I am desperately searching for the words to this tune. Just as many do not believe that the film Birth of a Nation exists, likewise, their are those in later generations who do not believe that a song like "Ole Black Joe" ever existed. I would appreciate these lyrics and, if possible, a date of originaial publication. Thank you
