I am working on a project for my US History Class I need the text of an american mummers play to serve as an example for my students.
I have references to an appalacian play and also another with george washington subnstituted for king george and mention of cooney cracker but no texts!
I have the references for boston....but no texts from there either...
I will be having groups of students fom mummers troupes and compose a mummers play for a period or event in us history....good christmas season project....
