I am looking for lyrics to a song titled "We have a new landlord in our local pub" It is a humourous song that starts, we have a new landlord in our local pub, but of him we are not all that fond, if he dont watch out He'll soon get a clout and wake up face down in a pond........ It tells how he changes the interior and stops spitting and swearing and so on. Any help please!
