Are your teeeth cold sensitive? It would save time and work on those milkshakes if you just have softened ice cream. A good chocolate ganache to pour over it is your favorite chocolate w/ heavy cream nuked briefly (1 - 2 minutes) and stirred until chocolate is melted. You can puree veggies too, and eat warm with as much melted butter or flaxseed oil as you can stand. You could beg or borrow a juicer and do veggie juice -- all the calories, none of the fiber. Do carrots or beets bought by the box. Pumpkin whip. (full of sugar but tasty.) Good luck.
