Sorry - a lot of things are illigal to use (without the appropriate licence) but still sold including a LOT of Radio Mics. One of them being a transmitter that is outside of the legal licencing frequencies or License Free bands in the UK (ham bands CB short range low output HF frequecies and UHF low power frequecies etc) FM broadcast frequencies ARE NOT useable for personal equipment.
