I think Dave still lives in the New York City area. Years ago he was in a trio with Sonja Savig and Tony Saletan. There was a period there where you couldn't tell Dave apart from Pete Seeger. I suspect he's evolved out of that. He was a good musician, as I recall. Played nice five-string ala Pete. Nice voice. I ran across an old LP of him last year and picked it up.
