JTT... awfully sorry - but I don't know much about it. One of my mother's friends was here, and she told me about it having existed here more than ten years ago. She remembers being excited 'cause you could win a black-and-white television :-). I will ask around about it, though, I'm sure someone will know. My parents didn't use bus transportation too much, so they don't know.

There probably still are a lot of people who don't pay their bus fare... it isn't very hard with the system here! You often have to call the conductor and pay him. And the 3-4 rupees saved is a big deal for the poorer people. Maybe they should have the scheme again :-).
