It is definately the right way up in the piccy, but otherwise I know nothing.
Is there an air button, probably sited behind the levers on the left?
The stops on top right (button side) are to allow air over the reeds selected, I should think. Unfortunately old boxes are not worth anything in financial terms, although that one looks to be a beauty.
If there are no screw holes anywhere on the body, it would be a pity to attach straps by that method, but there should at least be a hand strap on the bass side, with screw holes above and below on the pedal extension.
