Hi Nigel, I am uncertain whether the children are old enough (they're year five, 10-11) to understand Gray's Elegy - perhaps I could take an excerpt rather than the whole thing.. Still, I'm hoping to find something closer to their own experiences, that could give them a feel for what an elegy is and how it could be relevant in their own life. Thank you for your help!
