You do well to be wary of ebay.... but mainly for buying. I've had some good deals - but have also been ripped off... So make sure if you put it on ebay as said put some photo's on and describe any faults, problems - don't forget that ding that you don't notice anymore..... If you bought it from a typical guitar shop (not discounted) - it will be worth half what you paid for it as a trade-in (no use to you) and on the secondhand market half to two thirds of the best discount price - if in mint condition and with the right buyer. I have seen secondhand items fetch more than retail price on eBay - so either a lot of eBayers don't do their homework or just get Bidding Fever! - either way that can be good for you as the seller - but don't forget eBay charges and Paypal if you use it. Why do so many threads drift off into the "my guitar is better than yours" - "so and so's are rubbish" etc????? what the - does it matter?
