Well its not a folk club, but it is a session, the travelling friday session in essex does 4 different pubs a month. Anahata, Im glad someone else also loves Simon Ritchie, the man is a genius, a performer to the very sense of the word. I didnt really know who the other awards should go to, so I chose my band mates and friends of mine! Regarding the Thaxted Session, its every 5th Monday (i think) of the month, which usually means theres only 3 (i think) a year. I see you and Mary are playing down The Essex Singers Club, ask Keith Carpenter, as he regularly goes.You cant miss keith, his got big fuzzy hair, a big grin and looks northern, smokes like a chimney but only drinks one day a year. hope this is useful.Im not clued up on folk that much as im only 17, and have college to think about and my reputation!
