I have a few midis with lyrics of French-Canadian songs in my tunebook at http://members.home.net/bntaylor/canmidi.htm

I'll be adding more as time goes on.

Perhaps the best print collections are by Edith Fulton Fowke, printed by the Waterloo Press, I believe. These are paperback volumes available in many music stores. One title as I recall is Folks Songs of Quebec. That one alone should keep you busy for a while! ;-)

I'd also suggest seeking Acadian songs from the Maritime provinces... wonderful stuff!
