My late winter garden is my early spring garden. I have 100 tomato plants, 100 pepper plants, and 18 basil plants coming up now! I plan to put these seedlings into a greenhouse I am constructing before I transplant them into raised beds outside. For me spring has already sprung. Yay! Peter
