Thank you Joe and Jerry. I have wracked my brains trying to remember the title of the song. I sent away for a small collection of "holiness songs" from a radio station in Waterloo, Iowa about 45 years ago. The discs were all monaural and had three different labels. One set of labels was Starday. I can't remember the other two except that one was dark blue. The discs were 45rpm, and extended play with two songs on each side. One side with two songs had one by Cowboy Copas; "I Touched the Hem of His Garment" and The other by Stringbean; "Workin' on a Building".
To be honest I am not really certain that my "passion" gospel song was by the Phipps Family but they were represented in this collection.
I have searched high and low for the discs and can't find them anywhere. In truth I don't recall having seen them for about fifteen years. They weren't where I remembered them being (of course) they're probably right next to my extra set of trailer keys which I also can't find.
Dang! I got old quick!
