Mostly they use it to help pay back loans that they took out in order to run. Some give the money to the DNC or RNC. Some put it in the coffers of local contests. SOME even use it to continue travelling and support the person they lost to. If Kerry was smart, which I think he is, he would tap Edwards to pound hell out of the south, and kiss up to Gephart to do the same in the mid-west. This leaves someone to choose to take care of the southwest, west, and northwest. Hmmmmmmmmmm?
