Hi Helen, .. I know what you mean ~~ I feel the same
way about the blues. The people you mentioned though
are not putting themselves forward as singers, but
storytellers, and I don't fault them or their "songs".

Well, I am checking out the website. Unfortunately I
have here the world's worst midi player, but it's enough
to tell what the tune is like. Next I will be looking
for the "black dots" as you folkmeisters call them.
