Thanks for responding... The theme of the song surrounds the capacity of maritimers. We are not sure of the era. The first verse is something like: "..... Out amongst the lobster traps there lives a funny crew They dont' do any of the things like other people do... (CH) "Things like fishing, fighting, gettin' tight and staring at the sky.... ... Drinking black rum and eating blueberry pie"
