EBarnacle here, just so that you can drool, here's our menu from the first night:
Charoses: Walnuts, apples, almonds, cashews, red wine and a little Maneschevitz.
Maror: Ground horseradish done on a hand grater, Balsamic vinegar or white vinegar depending on how fiery you want it.
Gefilte fish: Went out and bought a wild gefilte from Rokeach.
Hard Boiled egg.
Tzimmis: Cooked down carrots, prunes, peaches, mango with honey and spices.
Green salad with snow peas, sprouts, etc.
Turkey, slow cooked. filled with oranges but no other spices or herbs.
Stuffing made of matzoh, celery, eggs, onions, mushrooms.
