There was a (very smart) kid in high school who was fond of announcing: sure, they have to list the organic ingredients in food, but they don't have to list the inorganic ingredients! I think we were concerned with clay. Now it's wax, too, eh? ...wait, wax is organic...hmmm.

That aside, I recently saw a science show about chocolate claiming you should not put chocolate in the fridge, or at the very least, you should minimize the number of times you change its temperature.
