"The greatest art is in the assessment and evaluation of that intelligence." exactly. and in this, the bush admin. have failed mightily no matter how you try to spin it. they started their own office under rumsfeld to process the intelligence to make sure it went with their pre-determined iraq agenda. they used their slanted assessments and evaluations to mislead the public and congress to get their war started. now that sh*t is hitting the fan thay want to blame the producers of the intelligence. i can see why the guys at the CIA and FBI are a bit miffed at the bushits now.
