Darn! too late to talk to Martin. A pity - I wanted to ask him something, that I just know he would have had an answer for. Any other Jews there who can answer this? Focusing once more on the thread title, it seems that the Holy Spirit is mentioned in both the Old and New Testaments, as early as Genesis. Not only does Gen:1 mention God's Spirit, in verse 26 it has God saying "us". Doesn't this show the presence of a Spirit and God, which together make GOD the whole? Or is it just that God gets to use the royal we?
