Ella, Yes very similar to a Birmingham screwdriver, but they are of the genus used by chippies and have a forky thing at one end; the genuine engineers 3lb adjustment tool on the other hand has the second working sufrace nicely rounded! On a serious note (f#dim) could it be that the strings are slipping at the bridge end?
