I've followed the blame cycle myself and wondered where it's going to end. The pubs don't have the senate by a few and it looks like they may claim it this time. With four years under President Bush if he should be re-elected then who are they going to blame for what? They'll have all three branches sewn up. No need for further elections thanks, we'll just select our replacements. There is a war on you know! And there is precedent in that FDR held the position through four terms.
