Hey Allan, you've brought back memories there. Hundreds of years ago when I was an apprentice engineer(that's english for an engineering worker - not a locomotive driver) we were sent to the stores by the skilled men for long weights, left handed mandrils, blind drills and all sorts of other non existent bits of engineering tools. I suppose it's all part of the lore of learning a trade, we played the same jokes on our apprentices and I'm sure the will do the same - even in this high tech, no time for anything world that we now live in.
