Geez clinton If we are gonna stop having laws because they aren't 100% effective in achieving their intent, then lets make everything legal. Murder,theft, assult, child porn,discrimination. It all continues in spite of legislation, but thats hardly a good reason to legitamize any of it. If you'd have asked me 5 yrs ago I'd have said sure, lets make it legal and get buzzed tonight.Having seen how it tore apart my family since then, I can't in good conscience endorse expanding the possibility of that kind of experience to even more families, and thats what legalization would do.
