Wasn't it Oscar Wilde who stated that he didn't feel all that drawn to any organisation willing to accept him as a member? Although he had a lot to say that was really fine, I couldn't really join him on that particular point. I've succumbed to the asylum. Anyhow, any tips about what makes a mighty fine club tick and how to encourage musicians and audience and keep them coming ?
