Thanks a million for that, I've been thinking for a while about ways of encouraging regular audience attendance, whilst also providing the kind of experience that performers will want to return to. I wondered about niche approaches as we have a number of excellant clubs in the county that cater for all levels of exerience and ability, but from my own experience 3 years ago, I know that our organisers Matt and Chris really made me feel welcome as I took my first steps in performing and feel that this is a real strength that we could build on, whilst also keeping the right sort of balance that would keep the audience and more experienced performers engaged. What do you think ?
