I forgive you for your cruel words Martin. You have so much anger inside you, so perhaps like all good Americans you should go into therapy to try and get to the bottom of your problem. No doubt you were abused as a child - but it's ok, we understand. It's probably what drove you to take up the banjo. Low self esteem and all that.
