#18. "Do not pander to your strengths while ignoring your weaknesses." HOO-BOY! That's a big one for me - getting out of my comfort zone. Hand-in-hand with pushing past the frustration and having a purpose so I WANT to keep trying. The thing is, once you do it and see that it can work, you try it more often. There's no one around anymore who will keep reminding me, "If you do the chord change between the D and the Bmin, THAT'S what you have to keep friggin' practicing!" I have to kick my own butt.
