Yes I'm customer, however problems with phone have caused unbelievable delays, service is terrible. Returned shiny 3 mon.old phone, was not functioning. They returned a used-refurbished phone, scratched, a big dent and still I haven't got my battery back. Delays, phone calls and the runaround have cost me about 20 hrs in lost time, still waiting for battery, entertaining possibility of lawsuit. Fido.............has TERRIBLE service !! Have V-60i piece of junk !
