OK, so this isn't a folk song or a tradtional song, but all attempts on Google have failed. A doo wop/rock and roll/blues sort of song I used to have on a tape that I can no longer find. I can remember this snatch of lyrics: "I've got eight(?) weeks of unpaid bills I can't pay 'em now and I know I never will Maybe good times are coming but I don't hear a sound Will you still love me when the chips are down? Each verse ends with "will you still love me when the chips are down?" The version I had was by one of the regular rock & roll cover bands. Possibly Rocky Sharpe and the Replays; less likely to be Darts. Can anyone help with the lyrics, or any publication/writer details, or even the proper title, as I think I'd like to sing it. Thanks Mike
