I'm in Plainfield, north of Barre, east of Montpelier. We've had two minor snows so far--but hang on to your socks. Nice to know you're up there, Hum. NOMAD is a music and dance festival in Newtown, CT. Very nice. None of the music folk from this area are going this year, though I was part of the program committee from the beginning. I lived in Newtown. I still get to check the performance grids via e-mail Pleasant, though accomodations are pricey--big chain motels, mostly. If you share, not bad, though. j
