Pelrad Poetry: Poem about a Darts Game (7) RE: Poetry: Poem about a Darts Game 25 Oct 99

I could have sworn Louis did record it. I know I heard it on tape, but it might have been a tape my dad made in concert. Lemme see if I can get hold of Pop and find it.

There's a stain on the floor of the barroom
There's a cap in the case by the door
There's a ...?
In memory of one who's no more.

lol All I can remember is..Albert rammed his head under the dartboard, crying "For God, the King, the Country, and All!" ...and Albert standing under the board, mortally wounded, saying through gritted teeth, "come on, Son, FINISH the game!"

Might take me a few days, but I'm sure I can dig up our recording. Don't know who originally wrote it, though.
