Assuming I was starting all over again to learn the fiddle, did some searching the net for fiddle stuff ,found several sites, The only page I found with accurate free help for a novice is here Cluck here to go to Mr Fiddle Wonder if naming the notes on the fiddle from the G through the E string like, G A B C D E F G A B C D E f g a b c, is easy to understand? I would like to post some bowings and need feed back and/or help. Connecting notes for 'slurs' is a biggie for a newbie, I used get really confused with that one, an suggestions?

Back to the Main Forum Page

By clicking on the User Name, you will requery the forum for that user. You will see everything that he or she has posted with that Mudcat name.

By clicking on the Thread Name, you will be sent to the Forum on that thread as if you selected it from the main Mudcat Forum page.

By clicking on the Subject, you will also go to the thread as if you selected it from the original Forum page, but also go directly to that particular message.

By clicking on the Date (Posted), you will dig out every message posted that day.

Try it all, you will see.
