I second PoppaGator on glucosamine for help with joints! Mine was actually recomended by my doc after my stroke due to alot of arthritis in my knees (this showed up in rehab) I had to take it for about a month before I noticed improvement. My pain level is WAY down, and my joints are much more limber now. Robin2
