Superman was no hero. You can't be heroic and brave when you are invincible and nothing can hurt or harm you. Heroes are those who know they can be hurt and proceed with courage anyway.

btw, Don Firth - the cause of death was listed as cardiac failure. I've seen no mention of any connection between that and the pressure sore. (Sorry if I'm wrong.)
