Does the rover 420 sdi have heated mirrors ?

If not then i may have an electrical fault behind my driver side mirror as it gets very hot.

Or may be my passenger side heated mirror is not working properly.

Please can some one help, do i have an electrical fault, i have noticed a bulb has also fused on my headlamp.

Are these common faults.
