GUEST,Lizzie in Sidmouth Brand new folk show on the radio (188* d) RE: Brand new folk show on the radio 04 Nov 04

Dear Chris,

Haven't yet heard the show but I LOVE it already!! :-)

Am making plans to move up to Reading as I type! This will prove very handy as I can visit my best friend whilst also listening to the New and Mind-Blowingly Brilliant Cool as Folk Programme!!

Ohhhhhh! Show of Hands!!!!! :-) :-) :-)....Kate Rusby! and John McCusker, Spiers & Boden and Phil Beer and Eliza and SETH, (Can that lad play!!!) and YOU played KITTY JAY by him as well! And Jim and Benji...oh has Benji been on yet? And Show of Hands and.........

I've just NEVER been so impressed with a programme I've NEVER heard!!
How do you do that! AND THE OYSTERBAND! Oh! It just gets better and better! I may even forgive you for having 'Alianza'!

Are you going to be recording NEXT years Sidmouth 2005? Show of Hands are on.......sigh! Kate was amazing there last year. Lovely lady, great voice, great sense of humour! And those Oysters!!!

You seem to be keeping EVERYONE happy! Haven't read one negative post!

Please could you take over my Country and run it properly as I think that at last we have found a man who knows what he is doing!!
And I rather think it's time we had a Prime Minister with Dreadlocks and Green Trousers and Fee could be First Lady of Folk! :-)

Please also remember that after you've taken over Downing Street you'll have to take over the BBC and open the Folk Floodgates!!
Will try to 'listen again' tomorrow as my eyes are crossing now and have to sleep!

Wishing You and Fee Loads of Luck!

Lizzie :-)
