I do not see how a god can be all-knowing, all-powerful, and all-good and still be a personal god, interested in each of us individually. There are small children dying unpleasantly in the world today. I doubt if many other cultures would think that's not evil. And these children have no free will. The Kootenais believe (as near as I can tell) in a creator who started it all, and then went off and left it running. There are lesser spirits who may be interested and helpful, or not, but they are not omni-anything. This makes more sense to me than a God who "has a wonderful plan for your life." I can't say I think much of his wonderful plan for those kids' life. clint
