I meet many singer/songwriters. I am a songwriter but I do not perform...not often anyway. I prefer others to perform my work. So often I am met with disbelief...."of course you are a performer". Why is it so difficult for others to believe that I only want to be a bernie taupin not an elton?
Have any of you met with this or are you all "performers" ?
